When HMDA Applies is selected, how are Construction Method, Manufactured Home Land Property Interest, and Manufactured Home Secured Property Type defaulted for Single Family, 2-4 Family Dwelling, Mobile Home (Personal Property/Residence) and Raw Land collateral types?

When the collateral type is Mobile Home (Personal Property/Residence) the Construction Method will default to ‘2 = Manufactured home’ and Single Family, 2-4 Family Dwelling, and Raw Land will default to ‘1 = Site built’.

The Manufactured Home Land Property Interest and Manufactured Home Secured Property Type default based on the selection made in Construction Method.
  • When the Construction Method is ‘1 = Site built’, Manufactured Home Land Property Interest and Manufactured Home Secured Property Type will default to ‘5 = Not applicable’ and '3 = Not applicable' respectively.
  • When Construction Method is ‘2 = Manufactured home’, Manufactured Home Land Property Interest and Manufactured Home Secured Property Type will default to ‘1 = Direct ownership’ and ‘1 = Manufactured home and land’, respectively.
