How do I indicate that overtime, bonus, and commission income should be included as ‘Other Income’ on the Uniform Underwriting and Transmittal Summary within the III Underwriting Information section?

The overtime, bonus, and commission income is included in Base Income by default on the Uniform Underwriting and Transmittal Summary. To remove these income types from Base Income and include them instead in Other Income, select Base Income Not Include Overtime Bonus and Commission under the Transaction Data section on the Document Data page.
