In the Sellers section on the Collateral Details page, what option should be selected when the Integrated Disclosure Purpose is Refinance, Construction or Home Equity?

For transactions where Integrated Disclosure Purpose is Refinance, Construction or Home Equity, select the Use Seller Disclosures for Non-Seller Transaction in the Sellers section on the Collateral Details page during the application phase.

Do not select Seller Information is Unknown or add a seller to this transaction type because the Cash to Close values will be inaccurate.
