What is the status of a fee?

Status	Description
Blank	No changes were made to the fee between the application and closing phase.
Changed	The fee was added during the application phase and the amount or section changed during the closing phase.
Escrow	The fee was automatically generated based on data entered in the Property Costs section for the Escrowed item.
New	The fee was added during the closing phase.
Odd Days	The fee was automatically generated by prepaying odd days interest or receiving interest credit (short days).
MI	The fee was automatically generated by including Prepaid PMI or Upfront mortgage insurance.
Removed	The fee was added during the application phase and removed during the closing phase.

While in the closing phase, fees which were added during the application phase cannot be deleted from the transaction. They can be excluded from the closing documents and excluded from comparison for tolerance purposes by selecting Fee is not applied at Closing from the Fee Detail page.
