How does the search work?

To search for a party, select +Borrower, +Cosigner, or +Guarantor. Enter a complete term or a portion of the term in the Search box.

  • Wild card characters such as an asterisk (*) are not required to perform a partial search.
  • Search terms are not case sensitive and ignore the use of upper or lower case.
  • When searching for a SSN or EIN, hyphen are required.
Default Number of Records

The default number of records to display is ten records. If you change the number of records to display, the setting is retained for the time you are logged in. The setting selected for the number of records to display in the party list applies to the transaction list and vice versa. The next time you log in, the default number of pages will default to ten records.

Search Criteria

The search criteria entered for a party list from within a transaction or within Party Management is retained throughout a single transaction.

  • The search criteria is cleared when you navigate to the home page.

  • The search criteria text is not retained within the copy address or related parties party list.
Default Page Number

The default page number for any list is page one.

In Party Management (not in a transaction or on the Parties page), the last page number accessed is retained. For example, if you select a party on page 15 in Party Management to edit, you will return to page 15 after you are done editing.

In a transaction, the party list for a borrower, guarantor, owner, landlord, copy address, or related parties will always default to page one. After moving through the pages, the party list will begin on page on in subsequent searches.
