Vanceo Mortgage Application

After an inquiry is imported from the Reviewer Portal to mortgage, the inquiry can be opened and converted to a transaction. The workflow for converting an inquiry to a transaction includes:

• Logging in to Vanceo Mortgage.

• Locating and opening the inquiry from the home page.

• Applying a template to the inquiry if applicable.

• Updating/creating a party record.

• Moving the transaction into the Vanceo dashboard.
