Copy, Delete, Reopen, and Complete Transactions

Copy Transaction

If you have the Copy Transaction permission assigned in Security Administration, displays and you can copy all transaction details into a new transaction. Select the on a row in the transaction grid to copy all the transactions details from the specified transaction into a new transaction.

• Copying a completed transaction will create a new open transaction.

• Copying a transaction associated with a Vanceo process will not copy over the Vanceo process. If you have the Apply Process Vanceo product permission assigned in Security Administration, you can apply a new process to the new transaction created from the copy.

Delete Transaction

If you have the Delete Transaction permission assigned in Security Administration, you can delete an entire transaction. Select a transaction and select on a row in the Transaction grid to delete all transaction details.

• If you are licensed for Vanceo, any Vanceo Process associated to the transaction will also be deleted.

Reopen Transaction

If you have the Reopen Transaction permission assigned in Security Administration, you can change an archived transaction back to an editable state for all users if the transaction needs further editing. Select in the header to take this action.

Complete Transaction

If you have the Complete Transaction permission assigned in Security Administration, you can archive transactions and make them read only for all users after the transactions no longer need editing. This functionality helps drive more security in your internal controls. Select in the header to take this action.
