What information is gathered in Proposed Housing Expenses section on the Application page?
In the Proposed Housing Expenses section, you can enter the estimated values for:
- First Mortgage
- Other Financing
- Homeowner's Insurance
- Supplemental Property Insurance
- Real Estate Taxes
- Mortgage Insurance
- Homeowner Association Dues
- Lease/Ground Rent
- Other
The Lease/Ground Rent and Other will be default from the Liabilities section of the Application page. Update the calculated values if needed.
