Freddie Mac Loan Product Advisor

Wolters Kluwer has partnered with Freddie Mac to offer customer access to Freddie Mac’s Loan Product Advisor system via an integration with ComplianceOne.

Loan Product Advisor is Freddie Mac’s internet-based system that provides an Automated Underwriting Service (AUS) and related services.

Formerly known as Loan Prospector, the automated underwriting service was renamed from Loan Prospector to Loan Product Advisor when it became the cornerstone of the Freddie Mac Loan Advisor Suite®, as the new name better aligns with their suite of tools.

After a successful submission of a loan from ComplianceOne to Loan Product Advisor for automated underwriting services, the loan and all required data is accessible directly within the Freddie Mac Loan Product Advisor solution at the following URL: https://www.loanprospector.com/lpas2s/LPSTSServlet.
