ComplianceOne Mortgage

Wolters Kluwer Online Application (OLA) is an online application that is delivered to ComplianceOne Mortgage via Automated Data Import (ADI).

The workflow for this process includes tasks in Online Application, Reviewer Portal, and ComplianceOne Mortgage.

  • In Online Application (OLA), the borrower submits an application inquiry.

  • In the Reviewer Portal, the lender claims and reviews the inquiry and sends it to ComplianceOne Mortgage. For Help information using the Reviewer Portal, select Reviewer Portal.

  • In ComplianceOne Mortgage, the lender applies a loan template if applicable and verifies party information. For Help information about working with inquiries, select ComplianceOne Mortgage.

  • The lender completes the transaction in ComplianceOne Mortgage.
