Comments
Comments can be added to transactions and tasks. Comments help provide more clarity and visibility to the processes and procedures that apply to a specific transaction or task.
Transaction Comments
Select 
in
the transaction header to add or view transaction level comments. The
comments view shows all comments attached to the transaction by other users.
All users can view the comments attached to a transaction if they have
access to Transaction Details or the Transaction Summary on the Vanceo
Dashboard.

After selecting

the transaction header, the Task panel will open to display all tasks.
indicates a task contains at least one
comment and will only appear if a transaction has one or more comments.
Select to view the comment on Tasks Details
and take appropriate action.
