Mortgage Application

After an inquiry is imported from the Reviewer Portal to Mortgage, the inquiry can be opened and converted to a transaction. The workflow for converting an inquiry to a transaction includes:

  • Logging in to Mortgage.

  • Locating and opening the inquiry from the home page.

  • Applying a template to the inquiry if applicable.

  • Updating/creating a party record.
