When does the NMLS ID print in the Settlement Agent column of the Contact Information section of the Closing Disclosure?

An NMLS ID is applicable to an entity that is a mortgage loan originator. When Organization is Settlement Agent is selected In Administration for an entity settlement agent contact, and the entity is selected in the transaction, the NMLS ID from the Organizations page will print on the Closing Disclosure.

When Organization is Settlement Agent is not selected, the settlement agent is not considered a mortgage loan originator, and the NMLS ID prints blank.
