Decision Tasks

Decision tasks provide a choice of paths to take in a Vanceo process. Choosing a specific decision outcome will typically take the Vanceo process down a specific path. Examples of decision tasks in the Vanceo default process include:

• Adverse Action/Withdrawal

  

• Loan Decision
  Regular task actions (assign, reassign, view details etc.) remain available for Decision tasks. Because a decision task is irreversible and requires an outcome to be selected, bulk actions against a decision task are not supported at this time. Decision tasks cannot be reopened.
