Status Symbols

In the Tasks grid, a status symbol displays the current status of a task. Statuses include:

  • Open Task: A task that is active and has not had any work started.

  • Completed Task: A task that has been completed.

  • Open Decision Task: A task that is part of a decision but has not had a decision made.

  • Completed Decision Task: A task that is part of a decision but has not had a decision made.

  • Stopped: A task that has been stopped when an associated process with open tasks has been stopped. For example, a stopped process may indicate the transaction has initiated an adverse action, and the associated process does not apply to the transaction’s new path.
