Custom View

Overview

Custom views allow users to create, save, and share customized dashboards. By using search, sorting, and filters, a dashboard can be easily created and saved. As a user makes selections through the filters, the data is updated both in the grids and in the graphs. The filters and sorting criteria are saved for both task and transaction grids.

  • Managers and supervisors can create custom views to see tasks and transaction data specific to team members or departments.

  • Managers can create a custom view of all transactions closing by the end of a given month or quarter.

  • Managers and supervisors can create custom views and set those views as defaults for their team members. When teams members sign on, all members view the same view and data.

  • Task assignees can create custom views showing coming due or past due tasks to help determine prioritization.

  • Loan underwriters can create views to show only the transactions or tasks in the Underwriting stage.
