This training video series covers the redesigned Uniform Residential Loan Application (URLA) in three parts:

• Part 1: Overview of Redesigned URLA form: Takes a deep-dive of the redesigned forms, section by section, and describes the five forms, or "components" of the redesigned URLA.

• Part 2: Rendering Options — Loan Scenarios: Covers the various components and how you build a URLA form for different transaction scenarios.

• Part 3: ComplianceOne® and Vanceo™ Mortgage: Takes the information you learn in parts one and two and covers how ComplianceOne® and Vanceo™ Mortgage builds the URLA.

You can view these videos in any order. However, we recommend viewing in order, as parts 2 and 3 build on the previous video's information.
