How many instances of the Uniform Residential Loan Application can I get on a transaction?

Generally, the revised URLA consists of two documents: Uniform Residential Loan Application and Lender Loan Information. Each party individually applying for credit or each party of two parties applying for a joint credit will receive an instance of the Uniform Residential Loan Application. However, only one instance of the Lender Loan Information will be generated per transaction.

Note: If two parties are applying for joint credit, the co-borrower name should be selected in the Co-Applicant drop-down list in the Parties section.
