November 2017

  • To continue to provide security enhancements which our users demand, we have moved portions of Administration to a new Security Administration component. The benefits of the new Security Administration component include:
    • Better hashes for storing passwords (using a recently developed cryptographic hash).

    • Setting the foundation for future security enhancements.

  • Security Administration will support User Management and IP Filtering. To navigate to Security Administration, use the new link that has been added to the application.

  • Wolters Kluwer administration will continue to support items pertaining to application setup such as Policies and Contacts. Wolters Kluwer administration will no longer support User Management and IP filtering. Users, Roles and IP Filtering will be removed.

August 2017

  • The Phone number is no longer a required field under Service Provider Information.

  • On the Document Policy page in the Signatures section, Exclude Borrower Signature on the Housing Counseling Agencies Notice-HE option has been added.

June 2017

  • On the Document Policy Page in the Application Documents section, a set of fields (# of Business Days, Time, and Timezone) have been added in order to default the Closing Cost Expiration Date/Time on the Loan Estimate.

  • Regulator Level Type can now be specified on the REG B REGULATOR Entity Contact.

  • On the Calculation page in the Calculation Options section, Use the current date in the ATR/HOEPA/HPML/QM tests if the Rate Lock Date is blank has been added.

  • On the Document Policy page in the Transaction Data section, Select the Notice of Intent to Proceed has been added.

  • On the Document Policy page in the Application Documents section, Select the Fannie Mae 1003 Freddie Mac 65 Uniform Residential Loan Application (URLA) has been added.

  • On the Document Policy page in the Closing Documents section, the following options were added:
    • Select Consumer Note instead of the Loan Modification Agreement. If selected, the Consumer Note will replace the Loan Modification Agreement in the document list for modification transactions.

    • Select the Notice of Guarantor instead of integrating language into the Loan Modification Agreement. If selected, Include the Confirmation of Guaranty section on the Notice to Guarantor becomes available.

  • On the Document Policy page in the Signatures section, the following options were added:
    • Include cosigner signature lines on the Loan Modification Agreement

    • Include guarantor signature lines on the Loan Modification Agreement

  • On the Loan Definition Policy page, HMDA Applies has been added. If selected, this will default all transactions to HMDA reportable. This can also be edited within each individual transaction.

  • On the Calculation page in the Calculation Options section, If any payment is due on a holiday or a day that is non-business day, make the payment due on the next business day has been added.

  • On the Contacts page, the following contact types were added:
    • Real Estate Broker (Available for an Individual and Entity)

    • Real Estate Broker Entity Contact (Available for an Individual)

    • Settlement Agent (Available for an Individual and Entity)

    • Settlement Agent Entity Contact (Available for an Individual)

February 2017

  • On the Document Policy page in the Closing Documents section, a new drop-down has been added to specify how you apply Partial Loan Payments. This information will impact what prints to the Loan Disclosures section of the Closing Disclosure document and the Lender's partial payment policy paragraph within the Notice of Sold or Transfer of Mortgage Loan Closed End document.

  • On the Document Policy page in the Signatures section the following options were added:
    • Exclude Lender Signature on the First Payment Letter

    • Exclude Borrower Signature on the Notice of Right to Receive Copy of Appraisal

    • Include Lender Signature on the Assignment - Leases and Rents

  • When adding or editing a Calculations Policy, a Repayment Method of Single Payment can now be specified. When Single Payment is selected, the Payment Frequency and Number of Payments will be hidden.

  • When adding or editing a Calculations Policy, a new section CALCULATION CASH TO CLOSE has been added. In this section, a new checkbox has been added to allow Disbursement Not Disclosed in Total Closing Costs to replace Total Existing Debt Being Satisfied and Payments to 3rd Parties Not Disclosed in the Calculating Cash to Close section of the Calculations page.

  • On the Variable Rate policy in the Rate Information section, Index Year was added. Index Month and Index Year will impact what prints to the $10,000 example paragraph on the Adjustable Rate Mortgage Program and on the Adjustable Rate Mortgage Disclosure Conventional documents.

January 2017

  • On the Document Policy page, Do not include date in the document footer has been added. If selected, the date the document was generated will no longer print in the document footer. If not selected, the date will continue to print. Review your Document Policies in Administration and make changes if needed. For additional information, refer to the question 'How are my documents affected if I select Do not include data in the document footer in my Document Policy' in the ComplianceOne mortgage Policies section of help.

  • On the Document Policy page in the Application Document section, Select the Non-Refundable Fee Disclosure has been added. If selected, the Non-Refundable Fee Disclosure will be included in the Application - Upfront phase.
