How do I override a validation warning?

You need to have the permission Override Transaction Validation Warnings to be able to override a validation warning. Once you have this permission it allows you to enter a description as to why you are overriding the warning.

When the warnings have been overridden and a description entered, the watermark will not print and the footer prints the letters VO (validation override) plus the system version number to identify it as overridden.
