What is the purpose of HMDA Processing?

HMDA Processing allows you to view all of your HMDA transactions with an Action Taken Date in or after 2018 in one area.

• When licensed for HMDA Wiz:
  • You can view if transactions have or have not been inserted into a HMDA Wiz file/database.
  • You can select one to 25 transactions for insertion or update to the File Name chosen on the HMDA page from within the transaction. If a File Name is not selected on the HMDA page, the transaction cannot be inserted or updated.
  • Batch rate spread and batch geocoding are performed on the HMDA Wiz website and not completed on the HMDA Processing page.
  • The process of submitting HMDA data to the government continues to occur outside of ComplianceOne.
• When not licensed for HMDA Wiz:
  • You can view whether transactions have or have not been downloaded into a pipe delimited file.
  • You can select one to 25 transactions for inclusion into a pipe delimited file.
