Workflow Roles

A Workflow Role is a predefined title that determines the tasks that are assigned to a Vanceo user. During the initial on-boarding and setup of Vanceo, all users should be assigned a Workflow Role according to the tasks they are expected to perform in workflow processes. A Vanceo administration should monitor and update roles on an ongoing basis as new users are added or removed from a workflow. Predefined roles include the following:
