SLA Task Status Symbols

In the Tasks grid, a symbol displays the status of a task tied to a SLA. Statuses include:

  • On-time Task: A task that is not within 70% of its duration and not in jeopardy of becoming late will not display a symbol next to the task.

  • Upcoming Task: A task that is within 70% of its duration, but not 100% of its defined duration and is in jeopardy of being late.

  • Past Due Task: A task that has reached greater than 100% of its defined duration and is now past due.
