Users Role Assignment

A Vanceo administrator must be assigned the 'Manage Roles' permission in Security Administration to assign or remove roles for a Vanceo user. Roles should be assigned to users before starting any processes.

Assigning a Role to a User

  1. Select for a specific user and select Manage Role Assignment.

  2. Select the applicable roles and select Apply.
Note: You cannot remove a role from a user if the user has active tasks assigned to the role or if the user is the last user assigned to a role.
