Graphs and Charts

Graphs and charts are an effective way of understanding the current pipeline of financial transactions and tasks. Vanceo provides multiple graphs and charts that are interactive and determine what is displayed on the Transaction and Tasks grids. Select a specific item on the graph or chart to filter a grid by the selected criteria.

Transactions Graph

The Transactions graph includes the stages created for all Vanceo processes that are activated by your financial institution. The order of the stages is set up by your Vanceo administrator. Selecting a bar in the graph will filter the Transactions grid by the selected stage. After the bar is selected, the selected stage will display in the filter panel.

To clear the transactions graph and filter selections, clear the selections in the filter panel. To return to the saved transactions filters, select at the top right corner of the Transactions graph. For Help information, select Resetting a Graph.

Tasks Graph

The Tasks graph displays each possible SLA status for a task. Select a colored sector (SLA status) to filter the Tasks grid by the selected SLA status. After the bar is selected, the selected bar will display in the filter panel.

To clear the graph and filter selections, remove this filter from the filter panel. To return to the saved tasks filters, select at the top right corner of the Tasks graph. For Help information, select Resetting a Graph.
