Completing Multiple Tasks

Select the tasks for the bulk operation.

Select

on the Tasks grid to display the Complete Tasks dialog box.

Confirm the bulk operation by selecting

.

Note: The results from the action display for the selected tasks displays. A progress bar also indicates the progress of actions.

If the action was completed successfully, an Completed status and a green check mark display.
If the action failed:
- A red X displays and the Failed status displays in red text.
- Hovering over the failed messages displays the reason for the failure.
If the action was skipped, a Skipped status and an orange triangle display. Hovering over the status shows the reason for the skip. (Example: A decision task can't be completed as part of bulk operation.)
Select the task to go to the Task Details page in a new browser tab.
Select the transaction to go to the appropriate Transaction Summary page in a new browser tab.

Select

on the Assign Tasks page.

Note: The updated tasks status displays on the Tasks grid.

Note:

If the complete tasks operation fails for the selected tasks, the tasks that could not be assigned remain selected on the grid and available for further actions.
The decision tasks skipped during the bulk operation automatically become unselected on the grid.
