Removing Stages from the Transaction Graph and Active Stage Filter
A stage is automatically removed from the Transactions graph and Active Stage filter or displays as inactive in Settings in the following scenarios:
- A stage was only used in a template that was in Ready state, the template did not have active processes applied, and the template was later deactivated by a financial institution. A stage with this scenario will not display in Settings, on the Transactions graph, or the Active Stage filter.
- A stage was previously used in a template that had active processes in the past, but the template was later deactivated by the financial institution. This type of stage will be inactive on the Settings page and removed from the Transactions graph and the Active Stage filter. If the template is activated again, the stage will display on the Dashboard and the Setting page.
