What is the purpose of Modification on the Parties page?

After a party has been added, Modification displays.

Selecting Modification on the Parties page indicates the loan type is a Modification. After selecting Modification, select a status for the party (existing, released).

Selecting Modification on the Parties page, allows you to indicate the loan type without having to go to the Loan Definition page before entering party information.
