If I am not licensed for the HMDA Wiz interface, after I have selected Create LAR Record, where is my file placed?

The file is placed in your default download browser location. The default file name is ‘Loan Number_HmdaLar’ with the file extension of .txt. (Example: 123456789_HmdaLar.txt)

If this file already exists when you do a download, the file name will append a number to it. (Example: 123456789_HmdaLar(1).txt) To help keep track of the txt file, you can use the Save As dialog to rename and save the file to a location you specify.
