How do I identify a transaction as partially exempt per Senate Bill 2155 for HMDA Reporting?

On the Loan Definition page in the Loan Definition section, Partially Exempt per S. 2155 can be selected when HMDA Applies is selected.

Transactions that are partially exempt are required to be reported for HMDA; however, the difference is that not all of the HMDA data is required to be reported.
