Basic User
Permissions and Descriptions
The Vanceo "Basic User" default role contains the following permissions.
| Default Permission | Permission Group | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Basic Vanceo Access | Vanceo | Allows a user access to Vanceo. This is the minimum required permission for a Vanceo user. |
| Apply Process | Vanceo | Allows a user to apply a process to an associated transaction. |
| Receive Automated Tasks | Vanceo | Allows Vanceo to automatically assign tasks to users within their Workflow Role. |
| Claim Unassigned Tasks | Vanceo | Allows a user to claim an unassigned task. |
| Claim Assigned Tasks | Vanceo | Allows a user to claim an assigned task. |
| Upload Attachments | Vanceo | Allows a user to upload attachments. |
| Categorize Attachments | Vanceo | Allows a user to create categories for attachments. |
