Why am I prompted to save or burn the ISO file (disk image) to a CD?

For consistency, Wolters Kluwer decided to use the ISO file (disk image) type for all our products on the Product Download Site. If you are prompted to save or burn the file to a CD, your operating system doesn’t directly support opening of ISO files (disk images). Refer to the question/answer above for instructions on Windows versions that do not directly support opening of ISO files (disk images).
