Notification History Reports

  • Notification History: Creates reports with the date and time for all notifications and reminders based on selected criteria.
  • View Report: Select to display a report with all data based on selected criteria.
  • Export Report: Creates a spreadsheet based on selected criteria and used for retention or auditing.
  • All Products: The default view shows all products and materials. Move the blue circle to change the default view.
  • Posted Date Range: The default date range is 90 days and that it can be changed by accessing the calendar.

Define Report Criteria

Move the All Products and/or All Materials circle to change the report view and select report criteria. Define specific products and materials for a report by selecting an item and selecting an arrow to move the item to the Selected Products/Materials list.
