Product Download Site (PDS) was created in response to customer requests, technology changes eliminating DVD/CD drives on computers, and technology issues with current download sites.

Access to PDS is controlled via the Security Administration (STS) site. An account and user must be set up in Security Administration to have access to PDS. All users set up in Security Administration will receive an email requesting they register by answering security questions and setting up a password (which expires every 90 days).

When materials are placed on PDS, a notification email is sent to all users who are authorized to download that product.

  • Notification emails: Sent at the top of every hour when new materials are available.
  • Reminder emails: Sent every week for four weeks unless reminders are turned off via product configuration (by Wolters Kluwer) or via a customer administration setting.
