Why are the download files in an ISO file (disk image) format?

Some of the Wolters Kluwer products have multiple installation files plus other supporting files on the CD. For consistency across products, we chose to use the ISO (disk image) file format that creates the CDs.

On newer operating systems, customers can mount the ISO (disk image) using the built-in virtual CD-ROM drive provided by the operating system. If you have an older operating system, such as Windows 7 or Server 2008 R2, refer to How do I install from the downloaded file?
