Stop Process

The Stop Process action stops the current Vanceo process associated to a transaction and marks the current tasks with a Stopped status.

• Selecting Stop Process stops all active tasks in the process, stops new tasks from starting, and prevents reopening tasks in the process.
• Current tasks in the process marked with a Complete status will keep the Complete status, but cannot be reopened.
• An active process must be associated with the transaction before it can be stopped. The process cannot have a Complete or Stopped status.
• A user must be assigned the 'Stop Process' permission in Security Administration to stop a process.
