Why is the lender copy of the credit report printing small

An issue has been identified when printing the Lender Copy of the Credit Report returned by Factual Data from Internet Explorer. The credit report does not use the full paper size and prints small on the page.

are looking to correct this in a future update. In the interim ,the following possible workarounds are available.

• If using Internet Explorer, select the Download button (shown below) to save the Lender Copy of the credit report to the local computer. You can then open the downloaded PDF file and print.

  

• Use Google Chrome to run ComplianceOne. The Lender Copy of the credit report should print correctly from Chrome.
