If I am a Security Administrator, how do I reset a user's password in Security Administration?

  1. Log in to Security Administration at https://admin.wolterskluwerfs.com/STSAdministration/Accounts. If you are already logged into ComplianceOne or Administration, select your name in the upper right on the page.
  2. Select Accounts. If multiple accounts display, select the account where the user has been granted access.
  3. Select Users.
  4. Locate and select the user to display the user’s information.
  5. In the User Status section, if the user is locked, select Locked to unlock the user.
  6. If the user is not locked, select Reset Password above the User Status section to send an email with a link to complete their password reset to the user.
