How do I reset my password when I am logging in?

  1. On the Login page, select Forgot password?.
  2. Enter your Username and select Submit.
  3. Review the Forgot Password message and select Close when done.
  4. Locate the Password Reset Requested email from no-reply@wolterskluwer.com.
    • If you don't see the email in your Inbox, check your Spam and Junk folders.
    • If you don't receive the email within 5-10 minutes, your account may be locked. If your account is locked, contact your Security Administrator to unlock your account.
  5. Select Reset Password in the Password Reset Requested email.
  6. Complete the security questions to continue.
  7. Enter a new password in the Password and Confirm Password options.
    • You may not use a previously used password.
    • Passwords must be a minimum of 8 characters and contain 3 of the 4 following character groups:
      • At least 1 lowercase character [a-z]
      • At least 1 uppercase character [A-Z]
      • At least 1 numeric character [0-9]
      • At least 1 special character
  8. Select Complete.
  9. Log in using your username and new password.
