Is there a limit to how much text can be entered into the fields on the Document Data pages?

The fields allow an unlimited number of characters as long as hard returns, bullets, numbering, etc. are not included. When copying from another location into the system any returns, bullets, etc. would need to be removed before pasting into the field to see the entire text appear on document.

The fields allow entry of special characters such as the degree symbol. Currently, there is a known bug in the system, a validation warning is displayed on the Print page, ‘An error occurred while validating the transaction: Txn Transformation Error.’ The validation override functionality can be used to be able to print documents without the Incomplete watermark on them.

There may be special requirements on documents, like the title applications, which will limit how much text can be entered and fit into a box on a document.
