For modification transactions, what amount is defaulted to Amount of Increase/Decrease in the Note section of the Modification Agreement – Mortgage and Modification Agreement – Deed of Trust on the Document Data page?

The amount defaulted to this field is the difference between the Original Loan Amount and the Loan Amount from the Calculations page. This amount will stay current based on the values on the Calculations page until the amount is changed on the Document Data page.
