When is the Sellers section on the Collateral Details page available in the closing phase of a transaction?

The Sellers section will be available in the closing phase of a transaction when one of the following is true:

• A seller is added to the transaction in the application phase or

• Seller Information is Unknown is selected in the application phase.

The Seller section will not be available in the closing phase of a transaction when one of the following is true:

• A seller is not added to the transaction in the application phase or

• Seller Information is Unknown is not selected in the application phase or

• Use Seller Disclosures for Non-Seller Transaction is selected in the application phase.

If Seller Information is Unknown is selected in the application phase and you do not add a seller to the transaction during the closing phase or you remove the sellers when in the closing phase, the following validation warning displays on the Print page: 'The Loan Estimate was based on a seller being involved in the transaction; therefore, a seller must be added.' Select this warning to return to the Collateral Details page and add a seller.
