Why is Variance Type blank for fees paid by lender?

Lender credits are subject to tolerance requirements and cannot decrease after being disclosed on the Loan Estimate. For fees that are paid by the lender, a Variance Type of blank places the fee in 'Lender Credits that Cannot Decrease' within the Comparison of Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure Fees section on the Calculations page.

Fee amounts that are paid by the lender may stay the same or increase without a tolerance violation while amounts that decrease will cause the Tolerance to be 'Exceeded'.
