How do I export a transaction to the ULDD interface?

After the interface is setup within Interface Manager, create a new transaction or recall an existing one. When you are ready to export the transaction, go to the menu and select Export.

Why am I required to enter data for ULDD that was not required during processing of the transaction?

Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac require additional data to evaluate the loan to determine the eligibility for purchasing. This additional data is collected in the interface because it is not needed to process the loan documents.

How do I complete a session I put on hold?

Within Interface Manager, select View All Pending Sessions.

Is the ULDD log file saved?

The log file is not automatically saved. You can save the log file to submit to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac or to retain for your loan records.

Does the ULDD interface support non-residential real estate?

Some limitations exist when exporting a transaction with non-residential real estate collateral. There is not a corresponding Subject Property Code for non-residential real estate and it is automatically set to Condo.
