User Scenario: Reissue Credit Report Request

This scenario begins after Lenny Lender transitions a loan application case file for Janet Testcase to Patty Processor. Janet Testcase had a previous conversation with Lenny to determine if she qualified for a $175,000, 30-year, fixed rate mortgage to purchase a Condo. Lenny pulled a credit report on Janet Testcase through a channel other than ComplianceOne and noted the Credit Report reference number of 522825 in the casefile.

Patty Processor creates the Janet Testcase application with ComplianceOne mortgage and has a task to obtain and populate Credit Report information, a task that can be completed by a Credit Report reissue with the applicable data populated into ComplianceOne mortgage by the system.

Patty follows the process for reissuing a credit report request.

• Patty recalls the Janet Testcase transaction and selects Credit Report from the menu.
• On the SettlementOne Credit Service page that displays, Patty selects Reissue Existing Credit Report and MORTGAGE, enters Reference Number 522825, and selects Get Credit Report.
• ComplianceOne sends the reissue credit report request to the SettlementOne Credit Service. An individual credit report is returned to ComplianceOne from the SettlementOne Credit Service.
• Patty reviews, downloads, and saves the Credit Report.
• After saving, Patty is returned to the Financial Analysis page of ComplianceOne that is now populated with the credit data results for Janet Testcase.
