Business Rules
  1. For any Borrower or Cosigner on a transaction that will be part of a SettlementOne Credit Service request, the below “Party” fields are required to be entered in ComplianceOne mortgage.
  2. The first Borrower entered in ComplianceOne mortgage will become the “Primary Borrower” in the credit request. Any additional party created as an individual Borrower or Cosigner will be sent in the credit request as a “Secondary Borrower.”
  3. Guarantors and Individuals created as a Sole Proprietorship on a transaction are not supported parties for a credit service request.
