This view shows the Source of Funds section that displays when the Source of Funds section on the Financial Analysis page in ComplianceOne is completed.

The Source of Funds section allows a user to associate a down payment amount with specific down payment types before submission to Loan Product Advisor.

• Down Payment Type: The type of items commonly used for a down payment by the borrower(s) in a mortgage loan transaction displays and is taken from the data entered on the Financial Analysis page in ComplianceOne.
• Down Payment Amount: Enter the dollar amount of the borrower's down payment.
• Source Description: A description of the source of the down payment displays and is taken from data entered on the Financial Analysis page in ComplianceOne.
