User Scenario: Verification Services
The Verification Services section of the Loan Product Advisor Interface includes asset and income information.
Completing Verification Services Information
Select 
to add a row for collecting either asset or income details
for each applicable borrower on a loan. Complete all four items in the row for a
successful submission.

successful submission. - Borrower: Select the applicable borrower from the list.
- Verification Type: Select either Asset or Income from the list.
- Verification Company: Select the service provider (external to
ComplianceOne) for the asset or income service. Service providers supported by
Freddie Mac include:
- Asset Verification Companies: FormFree, Finicity, Blend, Plaid, Yodlee
- Income Verification Companies: Equifax, LoanBeam
- Report Number: Enter the unique report number from the service provider for the service.
Note: The Verification Services section is limited to a total of 10 rows. Loan Product
Advisor accepts up to five borrowers for a loan. It is assumed a borrower will have
two verification services.
