How do I save my CRA Wiz data for a transaction?
After the interface is set up within Interface Manager, create a new transaction or recall an existing one and fill out the party’s employer, collateral, calculations, credit application and loan decision information, go to the menu and select CRA Wiz. If the transaction’s loan decision is denied, counter offer, counter offer with denial, other adverse action, request information or terminate line of credit fill out the action taken date on the Document Data page for the Notice of Action Taken document.
To perform geocoding within the CRA Wiz client-installed application the property information is required. To calculate a rate spread within the CRA Wiz client-installed application the Organization’s Lien Position, APR, the loan term, and Rate Lock Date are required.
After filling out interface specific data, you can preview the data before saving for your CRA reporting.
The CRA Wiz interface will collect different information depending on if the transaction is HMDA reportable or not. This data will be saved with the transaction data to be used with the CRA Wiz client-installed application.
