Transaction Summary

The Transaction Summary displays high level information about a transaction. The following actions can accessed from the menu in the Transaction Summary when a user has permissions to take the action.

  • Apply Process

  • Complete Transaction

  • Reopen Transaction

  • Copy Transaction

  • Print Summary

  • Delete Transaction

  • Stop Process

  • Remove Process

Tasks and comments can be accessed if a process has been applied to a transaction. By default, only transaction comments are displayed on the Transaction Summary page. Task comments and All comments can also be displayed. For Help information, select Transaction Comments.

Attachments can be accessed regardless of the process applied to the transaction. Select Attachments for Help information.

To Access the Transaction Summary

To access the Transaction Summary, complete one of the following:

  • On the Transactions Grid, select and View Summary.

  • On the Task Details page, select and Transaction Summary.

  • On the Transactions grid, select the transaction row.
    Note: Select to return to the Dashboard.
